Her film Killadi with Bharath is releasing soon. “Story is very important to a film’s success. Success is the only mantra in any language to survive. An actress must be affluent with the language she is acting to understand the culture and flavor of the region better. That is the main reason for my Tamil tuition,” said Nila.
Talking about her Marriage, she said, “I will never marry anybody secretly. I will inform my marriage to my friends, each and every person in the film world. In fact, I’ll make it public on television when time comes to tie the knot. Since I haven’t committed any mistake, why should I hide my marriage? I will declare my marriage within 2011. Till then, my concentration will be on cinema only. There is no place for love and romance before marriage. My parents will never accept for a love marriage.”

OLPC founder Nicholas Negroponte stepping down as CEO of the organization
After a stay that's been anything but uneventful, OLPC founder Nicholas Negroponte has announced that he'll be stepping down as CEO of the organization, and that he's now searching for a successor, although he'll be staying on as Chairman.
That word comes from an interview Negroponte gave to BusinessWeek, where he admitted that "management, administration, and details are my weaknesses," and even went so far as to say that the organization needs to be managed "more like Microsoft." He also revealed that the search for a new CEO had actually begun last year, but had ratcheted up in recent weeks, during which time the organization was also reorganized into four operating units, including technology, deployment, market development and fund-raising, and administration. No word on any contenders for the top spot just yet, but Nick Neg described the ideal candidate as someone with a "leadership profile similar to that of Kofi Annan," adding that he hopes to have the search concluded by April or May.

Indian shares bounced back as trading opened Wednesday, reversing the market's two-day slide, with the benchmark index rising 4.6 percent.
The 30-company benchmark index of the Bombay Stock Exchange, the Sensex, rose 774 points to 17,504 points in early trading. On Monday, the index had sunk 5 percent after plunging 7.4 percent Monday.
On the rival National Stock Exchange, the 50-share S&P Nifty index was up 232 points, or 4.75 percent, at 5,131 points.

Market rally
A rally in the stock markets was well maintained at mid-session on Wednesday as the BSE benchmark, Sensex, surged by 1,244 points on agressive buying by funds as the US Federal Reserve announced an interest rate cut by 75 basis points on Tuesday.
The Bombay Stock Exchange 30-share Sensex, which had suffered a loss of nearly 2,300 points in last two-day of turmoil, opened higher and rose further gaining 1,244.32 points at 17,974.26 at 1330 hrs, with most of the heavy- weights like Reliance Industries and Infosys recording handsome rise.
Trading sentiment turned bullish after a surprise cut in interest rate by the US Federal Reserve on Tuesday, stimulating the sentiments of all Asian stock markets.
Similarly, the wide-based National Stock Exchange index, Nifty, rose by 400.45 points to 5,299.75.
Japanese stocks rebounded from the worst two-day drop in 17 years after the Fed cut its benchmark interest rate to revive growth in the world's biggest economy.
Hong Kong share market bounced back in early trade, opening 7.4 per cent up following their biggest-ever one-day fall on Tuesday, after the US Federal Reserve announced a surprise rate cut.

"It seems Dhoni did not want him in the side. Dhoni is more comfortable with juniors so he is in favour of axing seniors.
"But we will not sit idle. We will lodge a strong protest (with the BCCI)."
The issue became so heated that former Indian player Navjot Sidhu challenged chairman of selectors Dilip Vengsarkar to "an open debate" on the axing.
"I challenge Mr Vengsarkar to an open debate. If he can convince me on why he dropped Ganguly then I will leave NDTV (where Sidhu commentates) for a lifetime, otherwise he has to quit," Sidhu said.
"You can't drop because you don't like somebody's face."
The great performances of pacemen RP Singh, Irfan Pathan and Ishant Sharma in Perth makes them tough to drop if the tourists want Harbhajan Singh to bowl spin alongside captain Anil Kumble.

Finance Minister P. Chidambaram urged investors to remain calm, telling reporters "there is no reason at all to allow the worries of the Western world to overwhelm us."
He said he has assurances from the central bank and other banks "that enough liquidity will be provided to brokers and market players."
The declines came after Sensex plummeted 7.4 percent Monday, its second-biggest percentage loss ever. Since the start of the year, the index has fallen more than 17 percent.
Many analysts were pessimistic Tuesday, saying they expected more losses in coming days.
"Nobody expected this," said Rajeev Sampat, an investment analyst in Mumbai.
"The pace of the fall shocked people, nobody expected it to fall so much, so fast," he said. "In terms of recovery, we still have some way to catch up with global markets --
There was confusion about how far the Sensex had dropped before it was automatically shut down after first opening Tuesday.
Some brokers said their trading screens showed a drop of 9.75 percent before the shut down, a move that's supposed to be triggered only at 10 percent. The BSE's Web site showed a drop of 11.5 percent.
The S&P Nifty dropped 630 points, or 12 percent, to 4,578 points on the National Stock Exchange before trading was shut down for about an hour.
At the end of the day, the Oil and Natural Gas Corp. was the biggest loser, tumbling 13.6 percent to 962 rupees. Other major losers included tobacco and hotel conglomerate ITC Ltd., down 9.5 percent to 184 rupees; aluminum company Hindalco Industries Ltd., off 9.4 percent at 150 rupees, and automobile firm Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., down 9.1 percent at 611 rupees.

"Bird flu is now everywhere. Every day we have reports of birds dying in farms," said leading poultry expert and treasurer of the Bangladesh Poultry Association M.M Khan.
"Things are now very, very serious and public health is under danger. The government is trying to suppress the whole scenario," Khan said, adding that farmers were also holding back from reporting cases.
People typically catch bird flu by coming into direct contact with infected poultry, but experts fear a pandemic if the H5N1 mutates into a form easily transmissible between humans.
Migratory birds have been largely blamed for the global spread of the disease, which has killed more than 200 people worldwide since 2003.

30 October 2007 (Sawf News) - Bollywood debutante Deepika Padukone finds it flattering that she is being compared with Aishwarya Rai and admits to having followed the former Miss World's career closely and taken inspiration from it to enter Bollywood.
"She is someone I have grown watching. I've been watching her ever since she won the Miss World. And she is partly responsible for me wanting to get into this industry," she told CNN-IBN.
Incidently Deepika made her debut in films playing a lead role in a Kannada film titled Aishwarya.
Deepika's first Bollywood film, Om Shanti Om, is set to premier November 8 at the Empire Cinema in London's Leicester Square and she admits to being nervous, anxious and a bundle of nerves, but in all probabilities is confident that with Shah Rukh Khan helming the project and playing the lead she has little to fear.
The 21-year-old plans to wear a dress by designer Manish Malhotra for the London premier.
"I will definitely be wearing Manish Malhotra. He is someone whose style I admire and it suits me a lot. He has styled the entire film for me and there is no one else I would go with for the premiere," she says.
Oh! We agree sweetheart, but doubt Vidya Balan would agree with that assessment.
Deepika is unfazed by the media comparison between her and debutant Sonam Kapoor whose film Saawariya is also slated for a Diwali release.
Commenting on the clash of the two big budget films she says:
