Marking the 2007 movie summer season is the legendary Marvel Comics series, Spider-Man 3, Columbia Pictures' biggest blockbuster franchises in film history.
With a reported budget of $250 million, it tops Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2, which together have grossed over $1.6 billion at the worldwide box office.
"In terms of logistics and scope, Spider-Man 3 is by far the largest of the three films" says producer Laura Ziskin "a gigantic endeavor, with over 1,000 people working towards that goal."
